Video shows the seaplane landing awkwardly in the water
, passengers being rescued and the plane bursting into flames.
According to the BBC’s reporting partner, CBS News, a seaplane with 11 people on board crashed and caught fire in the Puget Sound,
north of Seattle, Washington on 23 July.
All 11 survived, authorities said.
